Sliding glass door handle

Question

Hi! I looked in the back of my door handle and found a patient number that took me to your website! The wood handle part is fine but the brown plastic part that goes on the outside is broken... I took one picture close up so you could see the plastic part that holds the screw in place is broken. Is there a way to get a new outside door handle and then a whole door handle set... I'm sure I'm using incorrect verbiage but hopefully you understand.

Hey there. Not the wrong words at all--this is a very good explanation of what you need! The 82-042 Outside Pull should work for this setup. Please compare. If you did want a new handle set, the 82-005 is probably our best match. It has the same style surface mounted lock, and it has a hole spacing (center-to-center) of 4-15/16".
