Sliding glass door handle part including pictures

Hello - Sending three photos of part required for sliding glass door.
The length of the wooden handle is 11".
The holes that affix the wooden handle to the metal bracket are 6" from center.
The holes that affix the handle to the holes in the door are 5" apart.
Markings on the locking mechanism: Canadian Patent No. 919213 patented in 1973. Additional Patent No. on the locking mechanism is 3596,954.

Appreciate your assistance in providing this part.

Appreciate the response. The handle is fine yet the interior mechanism specifially the plistic parts are cracked or broken. I would also prefer to relace the exterior handle which has a lock,
withkey. Does your 82-005 have the exterior handle available?
