Unfortunately, we do not carry a match for your keeper and we can't be sure of the mortise lock without seeing the original. Our best solution to replace all the necessary hardware would be to consider using a surface-mounted handle set like the 82-005 below. Note that the hole spacing differs, so you would need to make new mounting holes while being careful not to hit the glass in your door. You'd also need to see if you have space to install one of the surface-mounted keeper options that come with the 82-005. Thanks for posting!
