Thanks for the requested photos. We do not have an exact match for this door handle. Also, the latches we have do not appear to be compatible with it. We may be able to supply a replacement alternative but I am not confident given its design.

If you are interested, I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes on the handles; from the center of top holes to the center of the bottom holes. I'll also need to see how the handle installs on the door.

Mounting holes are 3 3/4 center to center.

Thanks for the additional photos. We do not have any sets that match your specifications but there is a chance one our surface mounted handle set could work for your repairs. Keep in mind, you will likely need to drill new holes for the installation.

Start with taking a look at the 82-005 Surface Mount Sliding Door Handle Assembly. It comes with a compatible keeper.
