Sliding glass door latch

Question

I am trying to locate the correct replacement part this handle, lock, latch and catch. The screw holes on the handle are approximately 4 1/8 on center

I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this handle set. See the 82-005 Surface Mount Handle Set. It has the lock built into the inside pull. It has 4-15/16" hole spacing, so you'd have to drill holes to install it. Take a look and see if you think it could work for you.
