Sliding glass door latch lever broken

A home owner from Shrewsbury, MA says:
On 4/14/18 I received a replacement of my door handle. I only needed the latch but It worked. It has been broken again. I will buy the whole assembly if if necessary but I only need the latch lever

The handle set looks like it might be one with 4-15/16" hole spacing, such as our 82-080. If so, see if you can use our 82-240 Thumb Lever. Note however that a lever breaking relatively frequently might indicate the door's internal mortise lock ought to be replaced. These handle set types tend to use something like our 82-238 or 82-268B.
