Take a look at our 82-265 mortise lock and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!

We unfortunately don't have a version of this mortise with a 5-1/4" hook spacing. The 82-265 remains our best match. I don't think that will be a big deal, though; in a worst case scenario, our mortise won't interact with your keeper. If that happens you can just buy a new keeper that's compatible with the 82-265. That would be our 82-249.
