Sliding glass door lock

The top latch is stuck out and the bottom latch moves freely. trying to find a replacement. All of the information about the door are in the pictures/

This reminds me of our 82-239 or 82-265, depending on the face plate your mortise lock uses. Compare each with your old hardware and see if the dimensions match.
