Sliding glass door lock/lever

This reminds me of our 82-106 but compare our dimensions to yours to confirm this matches up. Note that a broken lever can sometimes be indicative of a broken mortise lock. To see if that's the case here, remove the handle set from the door and try manually 'throwing' the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, then the mortise lock should also be replaced.
