Sliding glass door parts

The outside handle on our sliding glass door broke off at the top and the bottom. The lock part of it is the only thing left. The mechanism inside the door that controls the lock is frozen on the top and will not go in. I would like to order the entire assembly if possible. There is no model or serial number on any of the parts, and I was unable to find something that had a dual locking mechanism at any local hardware store.
