Hello,

Unfortunately, I don't believe that we carry an exact match to your roller. I would recommend starting by comparing the housing width and height of the 81-023, 81-279, and 81-027 to determine if one of these options could work for your repair. Thanks for posting. 

A quick learner from Milford New Hampshire says:
I actually found some that sit in the channel once the flare is removed.

The problem with them is that the axle rivet actually stands out wider than the housing, so it won't fit inside the door rail.

Any idea how to rectify that?

If the wheel axle is hitting the door frame, you could try adjusting the height of the roller a bit to create more clearance.
