Ah, the ol' tank tread roller. I recognize this. The bad news is, this roller is discontinued and no longer available. You're not going to find an exact match.

The good news is, a friend of ours says that they were able to successfully use our 81-279 as a replacement. The adjustment screw is a little higher, but the wheel reportedly rolls nicer than the noisy treads. Let me know what you think!
