Sliding glass handle. 1974

I am looking for a replacement door handles for a home that was built in 1974!
These handles are plastic, and the measurement on the inside of the handle is 7 3/8
The screw holes are 5 inches apart
I took a photo of the latch as well
The outside plate is metal

I believe you have an older PeachTree patio door. I would consider our 82-005 handle set. Can you just confirm the hole spacing? Ours is 4-15/16", center-to-center. See if that's closer to what you have.

I remeasured and the spacing is exactly
4 and 14.5 15/16
Do you think the one you mentioned will work for me?

If your hole spacing is 4-15/16", then I think our 82-005 can work, yes.
