Your handle set resembles the keyed 82-086. This assembly is commonly used with the 82-265 mortise lock. Take a look and compare the specifications below to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!

Sorry to keep bothering you. I just want to make sure measurements will work.

My handle is 9 3/4 yours has 8 1/2.

My latch originally had two hooks for latching, I cut one off for some stupid reason.

The most important dimension for the handle set would be the 3-15/16" hole spacing. The overall height is not as important since you have the entire door to compensate for the difference.

We are not able to make out exact dimensions from photos but I can tell you that the 82-265 would be our best match and is commonly used with this type of handle set.
