Sliding patio door handles

Unfortunately, we do not carry a direct replacement for this handle set. Our best option would be our 82-005 surface mounted handle set but the lock style is a bit different and you'll need enough space in the door jamb to mount the replacement keeper. Also, you may need to drill new installation holes. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!
