Sliding patio door installed early 70's

Dark bronze tone overall. Panel with screws is brushed stainless or aluminum. The rest of it is some sort of hard plastic. Screws are 5" apart from center to center. No other identifying marks.
I am the homeowner who is pretty handy and knowledgeable about most repair work.
