Sliding patio door lock mechanism

I need help identifying the replacement for this patio sliding door lock. The patio door is three panels of glass, two of them are stationary and on the left and right side and then the one that slides is the one that has this Hardware installed. When you lock the door it is in the middle of the track and there are two pieces on the top and bottom that the Long Rod slides into

Hello! This mortise lock appears to be a match for our 82-268B. Review our dimensions below and see how well they match up. If they do, I think it's well worth considering.

Note that we only sell the primary mortise lock portion. We don't sell the rods that extend to either side. If you also need those, you will need to contact the original manufacturer to see if they have them.
