This resembles our 15-177 Pivot Shoe. This shoe connects to our Series 152 Coil Balances. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

Does look like it. I see no weight markings. What weight would i need? The window is 33"x18"

There should be a stamp on the coils that will tell you which strength option to choose. If not, you'll need to weigh the window and divide the weight by the number of coils in the window.

Got the parts but my coul is different. Looking for the coil and coul housing.

The manufacturer discontinued the hooked coil spring shown in your photos and moved to the screw-on type, which is why we recommend the 15-177 shoe, S152 spring and 33-072 screw.
