Hello, I have 2 windows which no longer stay up and I believe you have the part I need. Would you be able to please help me. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears you have an older balance assembly that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and the Series 159 coil springs along with the 26-083 pivot bar. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion.
