I am looking to replace the small white plastic locking mechanism in my semco window locks.

Windows were installed in 2002.

Your lock looks very similar in design to our 38-144. Look this over and see what you think.

Note that it may be necessary to replace your keepers with the more modern 38-276 and 38-277. Just something to keep in mind; our lock may also work perfectly well as-is.
