Something skinnier than S140

I recently purchased a pair of S140-10 - 10 lb Series 140 Quick-Tilts. My window would fit just under the 1 1/4'' width. Is there something slightly skinnier I can get for a coil balance?

Unfortunately those parts weren't present when I purchased the home.
Is there anything coil balance wise that is maybe 1 7/16'' wide?

Are there any other similar windows in the home that might still have the coil balances installed? Unfortunately, we would need more than the measurements to determine the correct replacement for the pivot shoe. While we might be able to match up that particular dimensions, that does not mean the balance assembly would be compatible with your window.
I'll need to see the compatible coils, the pivot bar, and any other compatible hardware. I'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash. It would also be helpful to see a photo of the window.
