Special 27H Series 795 stamp

Hello,
After reading all the Q & A about the 795 Channel Balance, it appears to be the correct part for my window. I will need the 15-198 balance clip attached. The channel guide has 27H stamped on it. Do you make an assembly for a window that heavy? The sash weighs 50lbs. It sags a little even with the 27H springs.

Can you confirm the weight of your sash? We can make a custom 27H spring option, but two balances marked 27H can only hold 38 through 42 pounds. We don't have anything that can carry 50 pounds.

The sash does weigh 50lbs. Took it down and weighed on a scale. Go ahead and send me a quote for the custom 27H spring balances. I will likely still use them even if they sag a bit. Can i return them if they are non functional? Thanks.

I'm afraid custom made balances are non-refundable. I can make it for you anyway, but I would just need to know how many you'd like.
