Spiral Balance 5/8" diameter 21" length

Home Owner from Norfolk, Virginia
I'm looking to replace my spiral balances on my tilt sash window. Here are some photos to help identifying the replacement parts.I think I have the Series 600-21.It is of the 5/8 diameter. The top of the spiral balance is mounted with 1 phillip screw thru the top of the window and the bottom of the window has a somewhat long plastic sleeve whereby the bottom of the spiral balance attaches and slides with the window up & down.I'm not sure on the setup.Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated in identifying the spiral balance and related parts for replacement.

Thanks for posting. Based on the information provided, and the picture, I agree that you may need an S600-21 with a blue tip. Just double check to make sure that all the dimensions line up.

As for the pivot shoe, I'm afraid that I can't really identify it from this picture. Is there any way you can remove it and take a few pictures of it separately? Please see the video below for how to remove it. If you can't, can you take a clearer picture of the front of it and provide us with dimensions? We will need to know its thickness and width. Thank you.
