Looks like your question got cut off, so I'm not sure exactly what you want. I assume you're just looking for a match for your current balances.
Most Mayfair windows used our Series 400 3/8" diameter spiral balances for non-tilt windows. You will need to match up the length of your tube and the color of your tip to determine exactly what kind of Series 400 you need.
As for replacing these, you will need some help since you have a window sash that was not designed to be removed. It's frustrating, but we do have a method that works. With a friend, you will need to drop the new balance in from the top of the sash, screw it in at the top, then let the spiral drop down. You will then raise the sash and, while someone holds the sash in the open position, spin the spiral up to the bottom of the sash. Finally, with our 75-004 tool, give the balance about three turns to charge it and lock it to the end into the sash clip.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
