Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact replacement match but your pivot shoe looks like it could be replaced with either the 1/2" Thick 15-046 or the 5/8" Thick 15-047. Carefully look over each of their dimensions and compare them to determine if either of these could work for your repairs.
