The balance is 28" and has the letters H U A O and is for a tilt window, the pivot is 2" long, 1" 1/4 wide, 1/2" and has a blue receiver hole.

Based on your pivot shoe measurements, our 15-046 looks similar. Look it over and see what you think. As for the balance, if the diameter of the outer tube is 3/8", I recommend our Series 900. If it's 5/8", I recommend our Series 600 instead.
