Is the outer tube 3/8" in diameter? If so, yes, these are likely the Series 400. Please let me know if the diameter differs, or if you have any further inquiries.

A quick learner from Florida says:

Hi Bob,

We received the spiral balances, they fit, but come out as the windows are lowered and raised. Our windows do not have the adapter bracket that gets attached to the bottom of the window. As the window gets raised and lowered it vibrates and the balance comes out.

I'm attaching some more pictures. Thanks Felix

Hey, Felix. Bob isn't here this week but I will do my best to help.

I can definitely tell you that your window has a bracket. That's that double-hook type piece you see in the side track. It's tough to tell exactly what type you have but if I had to guess then I would wager it's either the 17-010 or 17-026.

The weird part is that it doesn't appear to be broken. Your balance shouldn't be slipping out of this bracket. I would make absolutely sure that you're clipping the balance into it as securely as possible; it should sort of "snap" into place when you push into it with the charging tool.
