Spiral Balance and Tilt Latches

Question

Need two spiral balance left and right side. One window latch. Both spiral balance have no color on tips.  Window is a MI window 740 series .window  length is 501/2" x 30". Glass is 1/2" thick approx. weight is 20 to 25 lbs

Thanks for writing in. See our S900-29 Spiral Balance. If you have no color tip to go off of, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each color tip option on the product page. For your tilt latches, see our 26-157 and 26-158. Look over the dimensions and see if you think these might work for you.
