Have several windows that are difficult to open and some of those won't stay open. I would appreciate your help in identifying what I need to make repairs or adjustment what I have. As well as any direction or advise you can offer.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement hardware you need to repair your windows but there are a few details you'll need to gather from each part before we can move forward.
I've included several different video tutorials with instructions on how to remove/install each part and what we would need to identify the balances and the weatherstripping. Regarding the pivot shoes, you'll need to remove them and confirm the measurements for the width and the thickness.

Thanks for the additional photos and for confirming the dimensions. Your spiral balances can be replaced with the 3/8" S900-18 but you'll need to select the blue tip option for a sash weighing 20.3lbs. The charging too used with this balance is the 75-006.
The pivot shoe can likely be replaced with the 15-045 Pivot Shoe but you'll need to be sure to double check the dimensions; especially for the width and thickness of the shoe.
Regarding the weatherstripping, to identify the bulb seal, I'll also need to see a photo of the end profile. It would be best to see the end of an undamaged piece, removed from the window. It is important to see the shape of the seal to ensure we are providing your with the correct replacement.
To replace the wool pile, I suggest taking a look at the 58-001, 58-002, and 58-021. The difference between the last two is that the 58-021 has a fin seal. You can find their diagrams by clicking the provided links or searching their product codes on the website.
Thanks for the additional photos. The closest replacement match for the seal you have would be the 58-134 Commercial Bubble Weatherstrip. The t-slot is just slightly larger than yours and the bulb is much smaller so I am not confident it will work for your repairs.
