I'm looking to repair window balance springs & shoes.

2ea. 19"L Spiral spring
2ea. 21"L Spiral spring
2ea Pivot lock shoe 2"L x 1-1/4"W x 1/2"Thk

Hello! The best balance replacement will depend on the diameter of the outer tube. Given that this is a tilt balance, you only have two options: either the 3/8" diameter Series 900, or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. You'll have to measure the old tube to verify.

For the shoe, my recommendation based on the size would be our 15-046.

We do sell a jamb spreader tool, which is our 75-069, but this can be fairly expensive for one project and we generally don't recommend it unless you're planning on repairing every window in the house. You can make a cutout for the shoes, which I personally find to be easier for smaller projects like yours, but it's ultimately up to you. The video below will show you what's involved.
