Spiral Window Balance

Question

Hello,

This spiral window balance does not have any identifying numbers, the plastic tip is blue, and it measures 17-1/4 in length and 1/2 inch wide. We cannot find a replacement in any hardware stores and would really appreciate your help in identifying this item.

Thanks for reaching out! Based on the dimensions and photos you've provided, I recommend using our S600-17 with a blue tip. This balance has a diameter of 5/8", which can sometimes be considered 9/16".

You may also need the 75-006 spiral balance charging tool.
