I need these parts.
1. Spiral window balancer-blue end, 21? long and 1/2? diameter
2. 4-pivot shoes, 3/4? thick, 1 3/4? tall, and 1 1/4? wide

Thanks for your inquiry. Our S600-21 spiral balance with a blue tip should work as a replacement for you. For your pivot shoe, Thermal Gard replaced your old pivot shoe with the 15-070. Confirm this is a match for you by going over the measurements. You may also want to consider purchasing our 75-006 spiral balance charging tool to help you with the repair.
