Spiral balance broken parts. Tilt window won't stay up

It looks like you need a new pivot bar, pivot shoe, and spiral balance. We should be able to help with all three, but I'll need more information.

Please tell me the thickness of the pivot shoe and the diameter of the balance's outer tube. You may find it easier to measure both if you remove them from the window first.

Your pivot bar is easier. The housing looks like our 26-330, which is designed to be used with the 26-040 bar.
