This is usually indicative of a heavy duty spring, which seems pretty necessary given how heavy your sash is. 62 pounds for a residential tilt window sash is enormous.

It won't be exactly the same, though; notably, it won't have that purple tip we keep talking about. However it will be pre-tensioned to hold precisely 62 pounds. No more, no less. If I were you, I would triple check that weight just to be 100% sure that it's accurate.

Otherwise, we feel confident this will work for you. It will have to be a custom order due to the unique nature of its calibration, so what I'll do now is email you a price quote that will allow you to add 2 of these to your cart. After that, you can checkout as normal.
