If you could provide us with the exact width and thickness of your pivot shoe, we'd be happy to narrow down your replacement options. If you need the balance and any other hardware, we would need to see those parts removed from the window as well. Thank you!

Hello Mark. our 15-046 is 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. Could this be the pivot shoe you need? Let me know. Thanks!
