Hello, I can't be sure with the balance still installed but you can start by taking a look at the 3/8" diameter S400-29 spiral balance. To remove your balance, you would need to reverse the installation process shown in our guide here. We also offer the 75-005 charging tool to assist with the removal process and to charge the replacements before reattaching them to the brackets on the bottom corners of the sash.
