Hi. They measure 21 and 23". Red or orange tip. I uploaded pics and tag from window.

Thanks for posting! It appears you have either the 3/8" S900-21 and S900-23 spiral balances or the 5/8" S600-21 and S600-23 spiral balances. To determine which series is the correct replacement for your window, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the diameter of your balance.
The tip color is considered red.
