Spiral non tilt window balance

Question

I?m trying to replace my window balance, when I took out the blance no shoe was attached to it. I checked other windows and they were the same. Serie 300 DH-R40, can you tell me what are the options available. I?m also looking for the snap in glazing. Thanks in advance!!

Many thanks for writing in. You have an H-R window from Texas; most of these windows use the Series 400 3/8" diameter non-tilt balance, along with a 17-010 sash bracket. You will need to obtain the length and diameter of your balance's outer tube to confirm the length you need; to know what color tip to select, you may need to weigh your window sash. The vinyl snap-in might be our 55-062. You will need to compare all the parts we suggested with your current components to confirm they match.
