Hello,

Your balance that is permanently attached to the mounting bracket is no longer available but see either the 5/8" diameter S500-25 spiral balances and 17-012 bracket or 3/8" diameter S400-25 and 17-031 bracket depending on your dimensions. 

It looks like the colored tip at the base of your balance tube is missing, so you'll need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the balance product description to choose the corresponding color option. Thanks for posting!
