I don't know how to remove these, nor what to order. Non-tilt windows. Thanks!

Hello,
I can't be sure but you may be showing the internal portion of a spiral balance. If so, we would need to see an intact balance, including the spinal tip, to compare to our inventory. We would also need to confirm if the housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter. Thank you!
