Spiral tilt windows balance

Hello
My top window Wil not stay closed. I'm not sure what series I have.i will also need the tool to charge and install the new balance. Upper window measurement is 23"x5/8 and lower is 25"x5/8. I would like to replace all4 with the tool can you please let me know what part numbers I will need. Thank you frank

Thanks for posting! The window balances you need are either the Series 900 or the Series 600 Spiral Balance for your tilt windows. If the lengths provided are of the balances, you'll need the S600-23 and the S600-25 with a red tip. Be sure to double check the length, diameter, and tip color of your existing balances to confirm that these are the correct replacements.

The charging tool used with our tilt window spiral balances is the 75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool.

If you are also considering replacing the pivot shoe, start with reviewing and comparing the 15-046 Pivot Shoe. You'll need to remove the shoe from the window confirm the measurements for the width and thickness of the shoe to determine if this one will be a fit.
