Spiral window shoe.

For PGT window.
As you can see it's broken. When I removed window it snapped and shot up.
The size is 1 9/16" x 1/2" from the best I can tell. I cannot find this part in your catalog.
Also, How do I remove the shoe?

I am also ordering 4spiral balances and one fighting tool.

Hello, Yancey. For the pivot shoe, I recommend our 15-129. Just make sure its dimensions match up to yours. See the videos below for instructions on how to remove it.
