Please see attached photo with original casement operator that I am trying to replace (on top in second pic) and Swisco part no. 39-032 (on bottom in second pic).
39-032 matches the original operator in all dimensions (mounting plate, split arm, and even the screw holes) except that it has the second, long push-arm. I originally thought I could use 39-032 to replace the original operator by adding 39-505 track to the window, but the operation is not right, and the push-arm is too long.
What I really need is a version of 39-032 with just the split arm. I looked at the various dyad operators on your website, but none of the dimensions match my original operator as closely as the split arm on 39-302.
Can you suggest a part that might work for me? Thanks.
