Need part numbers to order white tip spiral balance plus a tightening tool for removal and replacement. Balance tube is 18" long and 3/8" diameter. Tip color is White.

Hi, Mike.
Your balance looks like a match for our S900-18 3/8" diameter tube spiral balance. Your white tip color option was phased out a while ago and replaced with one of the modern options. I recommend weighing your sash and referring to the weight chart on the S900-18's store page to determine the best choice.
