These photos aren't of the pivot bar but they still help! It looks like you have a Simonton lock which tells me this is a Simonton brand window. With that in mind, take a look at the 15-259 and Series 159 coil balances. You will also need the 26-083 pivot bar for this conversion as explained in the video below. I recommend watching it in full, it will go over everything you'll need to know. 

I'm afraid that code doesn't tell us the weight of the springs. If you can weigh the sash and tell us the precise weight, we can calculate what you may need from there.
