Spring Balance Parts for old Jeld Wen Wood Windows

Quick Learner from Gainesville, VA
The balance in my existing windows do not resemble anything on your website.  It appears to consist of a spring that is attached to a clip that is directly embedded into the window jam and a plastic shoe at the other end of the spring.  On most of the windows the spring has either detached from the top end or broken off from the plastic shoe.  Do you sell replacement clips and shoes that would work on this window?  If that is not an option, can the entire balance be replaced?  The window is 74" tall and the existing spring is 27" long for each sash (double hung, tilt in).
Thank you!

Thanks for posting. Yes, this is a jamb liner system where the balance springs are built directly into the jamb track. We do carry a shoe that may match yours, the 15-104 (see below); but if you need the springs I am afraid we do not supply these. Your best bet to do is to contact a millwork in your area. They should be able to replace the entire setup for you.
