I belei9ve it may be your part S795-28 and15-215 T-Lock. pivot shoe butsaw things that indicated more parts needed?????

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this but we'll need more information. Can you remove the balance from the window? We'd like to see a photo of how the balance anchors to the pivot shoe. Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on the back of it?
