Hi,
I bought S140-20 balancer (quick-Tilt, dual) that do not fit to my window. It is wrong size and wrong type. I may have to return them (order number is 1283475).
I took the old balancer out per attached picture.
I saw number like 1. 5353.5. The size is 100 mm (3.937") long x 30 mm (1.181") wide and 12 mm (0.492") thick.
Can you help to select a right part to use?

Based on your pictures, it looks like you have our 15-087 and 15-086 coil balance housings, which work with our Series 180 coils, which are sold separately.
You will need to remove the coils from the housing and look for the number stamped on the end to determine what the replacement weight is going to be.

I attached the pictures of the springs with the markings.
They are not very clear.
It looks like: CMC103, 35", 7# and a 7 stamped also.

Hey, Jason. If your numbers are stamped with 7#, then you want the S180-7, which is the 7 pound option.
