Spring Chanel in tilt window

We're looking to replace broken part in the Chanel of our tilt window. Unsure of where to start any help appreciated

Thanks for posting. This is a Certainteed pivot shoe and coil balance system that is no longer made. However our 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs can replace it. The video below shows how.
