Seems like the spring coil is broken on our Catalina SH Window H-R20-4896. The window will not stay open. What is the cost of the replacement part?

I can't really tell what you need from this photo. Can you remove the pivot shoe and coil balances and show us a picture of them out of the window? From there we should be able to narrow this down for you.

This looks like an older version of our S140-13 Coil Balance System, which supports 13 lbs of weight individually. Look it over, and let me know if you have any other questions.
